Cancellation / Refund Policy
Welcome to Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd.
All the products, courses, training programs, webinars, and services (“Services”) offered by Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd. are designed for educational and training purposes.
Once any product, course, or service is purchased and payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled. The company shall not be liable to provide any refund once the service has been accessed or delivered.
However, Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd., at its sole discretion, may consider a refund request if it is submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.
Refund Request Process
If a participant wishes to request a refund within 7 days of payment, they must send an email with the following details:
• Full Name
• Payment Details / Transaction ID
• Registered Email or Phone Number
• Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests will be reviewed by the management of Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd., and the decision taken by the company shall be final and binding.
Program Cancellation by the Company
In rare situations where any training program, webinar, or course is cancelled by Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd., the participants will receive a full refund.
The refund will be processed within 15 working days and credited directly to the participant’s bank account or original payment method.
In case of any discrepancy related to payment amounts or refund claims, the decision of Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd. shall be final.
Important Note for Participants
Participating in any training program, webinar, or course conducted by Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee any profit or success in trading or investing.
All programs are intended strictly for educational purposes.
Participants are advised to:
• Practice the strategies and concepts learned during the course for at least 90 trading days before applying them in live markets.
• Consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Course Participation Policy
• If a participant leaves a course or training program midway, they will not be eligible for any refund or future adjustment.
• The institute does not provide stock tips, trade recommendations, or recovery services.
• All content shared during training sessions including charts, strategies, examples, and discussions is strictly for educational purposes only.

Agamyam Analysis Pvt. Ltd. and its trainers or representatives shall not be responsible for any financial losses incurred by participants based on their personal trading or investment decisions.
